Termes & Conditions

1. Condition of Returned Goods: Items must be in a resalable condition.
2. Return Timeframe: Returns must be made within 30 days.
3. Exceptions:
   • Items sold on promotion are not eligible for return.
   • Specific items, such as mouthguards, athletic supports, and custom-made or personalized goods, cannot be returned.
4. Warranty: All sold items are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for at least 30 days from the purchase date.
5. Fees:
   • A 24% financial fee applies to all outstanding invoices.
   • A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from any returned merchandise.
6. Claims:
   • Any claims regarding order errors or missing materials must be reported within 10 days of the invoice date.
7. Refunds: NO REFUNDS are provided.
